1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and accessories intact.

We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
Minor color/design variations due to photography or screen settings.
Products returned without original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may need to provide bank account details for refund processing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

5. Exchange Policy

We may provide replacement/exchange for:

Damaged products
Wrong items received
Manufacturing defects

Exchange availability depends on stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Sale/discounted items
Gift items
Customized products (if applicable)

7. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
